HCH Congress is the main event of the 4th Biennial of Architectural and Urban Restoration (BRAU), conceived and organized by the International Center for the Conservation of Architectural Heritage – Italy (in short CICOP Italy), with the support of other centers affiliated to the CICOP Net Confederation. All the Centers of CICOP Net Confederation are no profit NGO run mainly by volunteers from various backgrounds, such as academics, researchers, professionals and students.
